I would like to visit your shop - when is it open?

How lovely - a warm welcome awaits you during these opening hours:

Monday-Friday	9.30am-5.30pm
Saturday	9.30am-5.00pm

We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

	Can I return an item?
	Of course you can - Farrago offers an exchange or credit on unwanted items returned “as new” within 30 days, accompanied by a proof of purchase. Sale items must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Please refer to our full terms and conditions displayed in-store, as exceptions may apply.

	Do you have a mailing list?
	Farrago does hold an exclusive mailing list and sends out regular newsletters informing customers of new collections, promotions and discount open days. Please email Farrago or leave your details in-store to be included on our mailing list (Farrago promises not to give your details to a third party and that they will only be used in conjunction with store related mailing).

I am trying to find an item from one of the ranges you stock, but I cannot see it in-store or on your website - what can I do?

Don’t worry - please enquire at the desk, or send us an email, as we may be able to order the item for you. We do not offer a transactional website at present, but we are able to take payments for items without the customer being present (this type of payment will require us to conduct specific security questions – we take your security very seriously). We can then post the items to your address (carriage will be charged as per Post Office weight/prices – but we will of course advise you of this amount before you commit to a purchase).

	What sizes do you stock?
	Generally, Farrago stocks women's clothing in sizes 10-16 (36-42). Footwear is usually stocked in sizes 3-8 (36-41).

	When do your main deliveries of new stock arrive?
	Spring/Summer collections primarily start arriving at the end of January until the end of March. Autumn/Winter collections primarily arrive from August to end of October. This is a general guide, as we aim to refresh our collections with something new and wonderful every month of the year.

	How can I pay?
	We accept cash, cheques (with cheque guarantee card), credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept American Express.

	When are your sales?
	Farrago holds two genuine sales each year: one after Christmas and one halfway through the year - around the beginning of July. But please drop by throughout the year as we stock gorgeous items to suit all purses.

	Do you offer gift vouchers?
	Yes - and in any denomination. These are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

	Do you have a Wish List?
	Oh yes we do! A Wish List where you can record the items that you would like to receive! So, if you have a clueless partner, this is the perfect solution for all their gift concerns...we can even throw in a free wrapping service as the icing on the cake!

	What is the provenance of the goods that Farrago sells?
	There are too many labels to list here, but we do hold a product information list in-store and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Eco-friendly-ness! What do you do to help the environment?

Farrago strives to meet certain environmental criteria:

We have continued our use of plastic bags, but have switched to degradable plastic and they are of a quality that can be re-used time and time again.
Many of our deliveries arrive in cardboard boxes and we ensure that we have a separate recycling cardboard collection.
We stock an organic cotton clothing range from Seasalt, which has also been recognised by the Soil Association.
We stock bamboo hosiery and some bamboo clothing. This provides a wonderfully soft product, which is also hygienic and anti-bacterial. Unlike cotton, bamboo originates from an extremely fast growing plant, so is therefore ecologically-friendly too! Did you know that the yield you get from an acre of bamboo is 10 times greater than the yield you get from cotton?

...I didn't have a clue what to buy my wife and then I stepped into your shop - you were so helpful...and wrapped her gift beautifully as well. My wife was really thrilled. See you again at Christmas, Valentine's Day, birthdays...you name it! Roll on Farrago. - Simon
